When it comes to operating a new Shuckin’ Shack Oyster Bar, we have our own way of doing things developed over the past 11 years and across a dozen restaurant locations. Even if you have decades of experience managing restaurants or owning your own pub, our business systems must be successfully learned by all franchisees and their management staff as well. There are simply no exceptions to this rule.
And while our new Statesboro Georgia franchisees have multi-unit restaurant franchise experience, their entire team spent a lot of time during phase three of our Shuckin’ Shack University (Shuck U) training recently. A few photos below show the franchisees and their new managers working with our training team and local managers within our new Downtown Wilmington flagship restaurant.
With our first Georgia restaurant scheduled to open later this year, this new management team is nearly ready to offer “The Shack” experience to Statesboro residents from day one. If you are looking for multi-unit restaurant opportunities in Georgia next year, our team is actively interviewing potential partners for Atlanta.
