Architects Show Suggested Shuckin' Shack of Jacksonville

At the start of June we shared the news here that our Jacksonville, NC franchisee, Ray Rubin, signed the lease for his new restaurant space.  We originally introduced Ray with this in-depth interview posted in February, following the signing of his franchise agreement at the start of 2018. Last week we were only too happy to receive initial Jacksonville layout renderings from our architect partners at DPA in Ohio.  As you'll see from the new images below (click for larger photo view), this is going to be another amazing Shuckin' Shack Oyster Bar & Sports Pub!

Our new Shuckin' Shack location (2421 Gum Branch Road in Jacksonville), set to open later this year, includes many of the features we established in our flagship restaurant model, recently reopened in Wilmington, NC.  This restaurant space is approximately 1,960 square feet and will offer a balanced combination of standard height tables, high-top tables and bar seating for nearly 60 people inside.  As visible within the architectural renderings, we have dedicated significant wall space to flat screens to keep local sports fans happy, regardless of what team or sport they might follow!  Outdoor seating has also been designed into the flow of the space with with a capacity for about 38 people on the patio.  Current designs are not yet approved by all but progress in Jacksonville is moving quickly since the lease signing less than a month ago!

If you would like to join the dozen existing Shuckin' Shack Oyster Bars already operating in the Southeast, and the seven more restaurants set to open over the next six months, please take a close look at Greenville, North Carolina - home to East Carolina University (ECU) - as a great restaurant opportunity!  Click here to learn more about why Greenville, in Pitt County North Carolina, is one of our target markets for franchise expansion!
